Customer Rating: Summary: Songs my grandparents sang Comment: This, like the other disks in the series, is a wonderful compilation of Americana -- "Folk music" in the pre-1960's sense of the term, meaning songs that parents have taught to their children for generations in America. Most are over a century old, but a few new songs are thrown in for good measure; by and large, the new songs fit well into the collection. The primary singer is occasionally accompanied by a kid's chorus, which keeps the overall sound "clean" and non-irritating to adults, and seems to have helped my 3-year old son pick up the lyrics quickly (he is working on Take Me Out to the Ballgame right now).

This seems to be the only way to contact Amazon concerning such matters. I give Amazon a "POOR" rating for customer support.
