It is a bit noisy and the supplied pulp filter needs to be supplemented with a secondary filter after squeezing. This is more than offset by ease of use and cleaning.
If you already own/are planning on buying a kitchen aid stand mixer and you squeeze citrus, this is a very worthwhile investment.
