This attachment to to rescue - separates the cooked apples into great applesauce, and in another bowl all the peels and cores, seeds stems. Makes it almost easy to turn bushels of apples into applesauce!
Haven't used the other two attachments yet, but hear from others in the family that the meat grinder is great for making sausage.
