Comment: I bought this product for my husband who was a smoker of 20 years (heavy smoker). It really worked. He'd tried quitting cold turkey but that didn't work but a few weeks of the Nicoderm and he was done! Just one word of warning - DON'T WEAR AT NIGHT as it caused my husband to have some horrific nightmares and once he stopped wearing at night they went away.
