Summary: Magnificent Magnificat
Comment: The Magnificat is a wonderful magazine, in that it provides all that is needed to assist some one at Mass with all the readings. This magazine provides much more than you get with the missalette that is provided in the pews by the parish. It also has wonderful articles about the saints and other matters. The only problem with it is the price, which in the end is worth it but a sometimes bitter pill to swallow.

Comment: Magnificat is a wonderful little magazine. It helps me with my prayer life and I find the writings and meditations are easy to follow and understand. It also helps people who are hard of hearing to follow the readings for Mass. I have ordered subscriptions for my mother and mother- in-law both of whom enjoy it very much.

Summary: Magnificat--can't live without it
Comment: Magnificat is the handist, most profoundly helpful periodical I've ever seen. As well as all the scriptures for the day according to the calendar for many churches, Magnificat also has historical information on lives of saints and an article in each issue on a major sacred painting hanging somewhere in the world.
This handbook is the best tool for ongoing personal spiritual growth besides the Bible itself. Magnificat is so portable and so tied in with the liturgy of the Mass where many scriptures are referenced and prayer is related to both scripture and important human needs.

Comment: The MAGNIFICAT is a great guide to help us pray together, keep up to date on feastdays and Gospel readings.

Comment: If you are looking for a daily prayer guide, look no further...Magnificat is it! Morning and evening prayers, daily mass, meditations and saints biographies are all included in this beautiful, compact magazine. It's so easy to follow and small enough to carry anywhere! It's an inspirational prayer guide and I recommend every Catholic subscribe! You won't be sorry!

*It did take about 8-10 weeks for the first issue to arrive (as stated)...But it's well worth the wait!
