Customer Rating: Summary: Durable, Some Air Leaks Comment: This pump is very durable. Unlike pumps with flimsy plastic parts, you'd probably have to run over it with a car to break it. The handle isn't especially ergonomic. Only about two fingers will fit into the loop on it. The only thing really wrong with the pump is no matter what distance the needle is in the ball and whether or not the air nozzle is pressed hard against the ball, some air leaks out. It has happened with various needles and balls and I haven't had that happen with a pump before. So I just pump hard and fast and pull the needle out quickly. This works for a soccer or rugby ball you kick or toss around the backyard, but I don't think I could get one hard enough for a game or serious practice with this pump.
Customer Rating: Summary: Metal Rules. Just Say No to Plastic Pumps. Comment: Look no further. This is the one. And inexpensive. I have one very similar to this in construction, that I've had since I was a kid. It still functions perfectly after 38 years.
