Customer Rating: Summary: Tinny sound, Jabra GN9350e is better Comment: Workmanship is top notch. It works first time, easy to put in the cradle, comes with many different earpieces. But this and the CS55 have the same problem: tinny Plantronics sound. Better get the Jabra GN9350e instead, which has significantly better, more natural sound quality when you speak. Also, the earphone on the Plantronics is MUCH worse than the Jabra. CS50/55 both work well with Skype, as does the Jabra. But both perform much worse with Teamspeak. Probably a Teamspeak issue; wired headsets will give much better quality with TS.
Customer Rating: Summary: Works great for an office phone Comment: I have used this phone for years with my office digital phone and it works wonderfully. I never had trouble with breakage. Sound quality is excellent. I believe a different model is necessary for use with a home phone system.
Customer Rating: Summary: Nice to have hands free Comment: the ear piece is incredibly uncomfortable so I have to use the headband which keeps the speaker just a little away from the ear so I have trouble hearing soft talkers, and the volume doesn't go high enough... maybe I'm just getting old.

The first got disconnected and never called baack. The second hung up on me. The third just was not trying to work with me at all. Don't waste your money.
