L'Antica Drogheria jams and preserves are made in the mountains between Bologna and Florence by Maria Grazia La Porta. All of the jams are made from locally picked fruits and are produced in small batches. Maria Grazia concentrates the flavors by cooking them a touch longer. Without exception, they are intensely flavorful without being overly sweet.
The smell of Maria Grazia La Porta's fig jam may intoxicate you with the sweet odor of an Italian farm, but the delicacy of the jam will surprise you. This exceptional jam tastes like ripe, sweet figs were pulled fresh off the tree and stuffed into the jar. Handmade in Tuscany.
