Comment: Yes, it's hard to find in the U.S., and it is the correct pasta for Pizzoccheri. But $10/pound + $7 shipping !?!? Maybe if the cheese and butter were included ....

Summary: Italy in my Kitchen
Comment: Having visited Italy several times, I am always drawn to the small family trattorias for meals. The Pizzoccheri from the Lombardia region is tremendous...this is Italian comfort food. I have now made this product several times for family and friends and it is often requested by returning guest. This is not always the easiest product to find available but fortunately, I can now oder through Amazon.com. Buon Appettito! Ciao.
