Summary: It's just not enough.
Comment: This DVD has 6 workouts on it, 3 for abs/arms and 3 for lower body, all of which clock in at 15 minutes, including a quick warm up and stretch.
I started using this DVD when I decided to get back into shape again. I really hadn't done anything in quite a while, and I figured that 15 minute programs every morning would work just fine. The only problem was that I, a total beginner, found it way too easy! I didn't have trouble doing any of the exercises, and I didn't feel any burn the next day, which I really should have considering my level.
However, there are good things about this DVD, like the instructor. Tamilee Webb does a great job. She's informative, likeable, and she never gets annoying or over excited. She explains everything perfectly. I definitely want to get another Tamilee tape and give her another chance. The only thing I didn't like about her was her totally dated outfits. The DVD was obviously originally VHS. I don't miss nylons, white socks and scrunchies as workout attire.
