Comment: For sports fans who are addicted to both baseball and football, this is the magazine for you! Whether providing in-depth stories, up-to-date information, fantasy information, or your favorite team's news, Sports Weekly is second to none in covering both MLB and the NFL.

I have received this newspaper on a weekly basis for 10 years and have immensely enjoyed each issue, as it keeps me up to date on the baseball/football worlds beyond my two favorite teams (the Minnesota Twins and Vikings).

Comment: I've been a subscriber to Baseball / Sports weekly for about 10 years now. While I'm a fan of both Football and Baseball, I enjoyed this magazine more when the were just focused on Baseball.

Summary: Football season must have
Comment: This has been my favorite sports weekly(more like a newspaper)to read for the last few years, especially during football season. Since I read it for football I have to say that the coverage is indepth, unbiased and full of stats for the fantasy geeks. They even devote a complete section to fantasy football. Although I don't subscribe year round they do have half year subscriptions available that will cover your favorite seasonal sport predominantly, be it baseball(yawn) or football. The layout is easy to read and features color(front an back pages only) as well as many black and white photographs sprinkled throughout the sports news rag. Jim Corbett does an outstanding job on feature articles and insider information of the various teams from around the NFL. His voice is distinct and lends itself well to a following from fans like myself who look forward to his commentary and reporting. If you follow baseball or football than you should read this weekly for more insight into your favorite sport.

Comment: A good read for Football and Baseball enthusiasts. Published weekly it provides up to date information on who's hot and who's not, trade and roster speculation as well as in-dpeth articles about teams, players etc. The player and team ranking that come out prior to the season are solid and provide good insight. I'm not a big fan of articles that summarize and review a game that already happened - you can catch those highlights on Sportscenter. I prefer the "what's happening" in the world of sports which this offers.

I use it to augment my already large sports library and support my Fantasy sports participation.

If you get SI or Sporting News and spend a lot of time on the Internet surfing sports you could afford not to purchase. The off-season issues tend to "stretch" for content. They tried the NASCAR section last year and went back to their roots in '07 focussing on Baseball and Football.

Before subscribing - test it out - go out and get an issue and see if it's for you. I haven't been disappointed.

Summary: Fantastic MLB/NFL coverage
Comment: If your interested in Major League Baseball or the National Football League (and hopefully both), this is the best magazine to buy. Coverage of all teams, lots of statistics, fair and balanced reporting and an enjoyable read every week. This is my favorite sports newspaper and the one I spend the most time with.
