    Summary: Resurrect your Vinaigrette!
Comment: I picked this up on a whim in a gourmet food store. It has the full flavor of pomegranates with just the right amount of tartness that isn't overwhelming. I have used it to make glazes and vinaigrettes. I use this easy recipe for a vinaigrette:

1 1/2 tbsp. pomegranate balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. dijon mustard (use a good brand)
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 - 1 tsp. grated asiago or parmesan cheese
Sugar or sweetener, if desired (I use about a 1/2 packet of Equal)

Place all ingredients in a small bowl, mix with a wire whip until blended. Makes a single serving.

The pomegranate vinegar takes the vinaigrette to a whole new level. Try substituting this in recipes that use either balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar to add a new twist.
