What I like about it the best is that it's taste to me is not unlike that of freshly made red chili enchilada sauce. It is not all that "hot",(to me),but has a real good veggie-like,piquant chili taste like you'd get from a bunch of fresh New Mexico red chilis on a ristra. I buy it once in a while.It also goes good in canned "chile" to freshen up the taste,along with a can of Las Palmas red enchilada sauce.
