Summary: Duh! the instruction is in the front cover!!!!!
Comment: I received the product and used it immediately. Had problem linking it to Microsoft Word. But, DUH.... the instruction is in the front cover. Basically, you find the program where it is installed in "program list", right click, open up autoinsert. It seeks out your version of word, and install it immediately. To use it, you can type your word program, click on options, and translate. Voila... done.
Just like any other translator program going from one language to another, you have to be proficient in spanish to use them correctly, and edit them correctly. This program translate the sentences in a linear fashion. So if your sentence structure is complex, wordy, or poetic... It ain't going to sound right in spanish. Keep the phrases simple, short, and think in a linear fashion. Then you don't have to do too many edits.
Example: "I just saw Joe Smoe in my office." might be translated that I just cut up Joe with my chainsaw!!. You just say, I say Joe - then it interpret it as the past tense of see. Not the present tense of SAW, to cut.
So, it is as good or better than many internet translator. But it is not for folks who do not have a good command of basic spanish vocabulary or grammar.
It is just a tool. If you want any better translation, pay for a real person to do it.
