Pyramide. It's a full flavored goat cheese with a slightly crumbly texture that gets increasingly creamy with age.
Available plain or coated with wood ash, this fresh tasting goat cheese is a French classic. It has a tangy, lemony flavor and a soft, spreadable consistency. The ash-covered variety is a bit creamier than the plain, as the ash makes the cheese ripen much quicker. If you are a goat cheese lover, this one's for you.
