Made of 100% semolina flour; these imported Italian lasagna noodles are called "doppia riccia" (double curly) for their two long wavy edges. Made according to family tradition, they retain their pleasant aroma and excellent texture throughout cooking. Layer with a Bechamel sauce, mushroom ragout, tomato sauce, and cheese.
