Customer Rating: Summary: Cuisinart Springform Pan Comment: I have several of these pans and they are wonderful. The nonstick surface makes use convenient. Heat distribution and absorption is uniform allowing for baking consistantancy.
Customer Rating: Summary: Superior Quality Comment: I really love this springform pan. It has a nice weight to it and is of first rate quality. I only wish they made the pan in an 8-inch size as well. I had to settle for another vender's pan and though it was similarly priced, it was filmsy.
Customer Rating: Summary: Terrible product Comment: This this leaked so badly that my cake turned into soup. I had even wrapped it with aluminum foil! I tried again, making sure that the bottom plate was placed correctly in the grooves, and filled it with water. Water ran all over the counter through two points in the base.
Lame!! This will be going back immediately...
Customer Rating: Summary: Really no stick Comment: This pan is nice and heavy. I don't think it will dent so easily like my last pan. It is really no stick. I think it would have been better if I didn't grease it at all although I would still put parchment paper on the bottom like I always do.
