Product Description
Use powdered fondant to make cream-filled centres for chocolates and to make chocolate-covered cherries. Mix with water, juice, alcohol, or other liquids to the desired consistency and fill the chocolate shell.

To produce fondant for rolling, add 1 tablespoon water, alcohol, or flavouring per 100 grams of dry fondant. To make icing, add an equal weight of unsalted butter to the powdered fondant and water.
