Customer Rating: Summary: Energy Comment: My Dr. suggested this multi vitamin . I've never been good at taking vit.b/c I couldn't tell a difference. BUT, after being on Alive for about 1 week I was gardening for hours, cleaning out closets, energy, energy, energy ! I finally had the energy to do the tasks I wanted to do. My husband asked who I was and where was his wife?? I thought about it and realised it was the Alive vitamins ....I feel so much better overall than I've felt in several years. I will always take these. I turn 50 in a few days and have more energy that my younger sisters. I'm a beliver !
Customer Rating: Summary: I love it Comment: Amazing product. I like the fact that it has so much antioxidants in it and that you have to take it more than once a day. Doing so allows me to adjust the amount of supplements that I consume in a day.
I switch back and forth with this product and a GNC multi and I love both.

Because of the cost, I began to try over the counter brands and found my energy level was down considerably. When I tried the Alive vitamins, my energy level went back up like it had prior to changing vitamins. If I forget a day, I also notice a change in energy. I highly recommend these vitamins.
