Summary: Great option for just one-a-day
Comment: I've been taking this multi-vitamin for the past two years or so, and am quite fond of it. You only have to take one per day, and it is in a whole food base so you can even take it on an empty stomach and it is really easy to digest. It also has some helpful items that other one-a-day vitamins don't have, like ginger, blueberry, and red clover. I supplement it with calcium-magnesium, an antioxidant combo, and omega-3s (solaray super purepa). The only drawback is that it is a tablet, not a capsule, so if you have an ultra-sensitive throat you'll find it difficult to swallow. Also, it doesn't have a very strong taste if you swallow it quickly, but if you let it sit on your tongue too long while looking for a glass of water, it will start to taste bad. So, I'm giving it four stars rather than five, but it's still the best women's one-a-day multi-vitamin on the market that I've found thus far.
