Customer Rating: Summary: PMS Relief Comment: I find this product helpful by taking it at the onset of my PMS symptoms. It really takes the edge off of my moodiness. I find I only need to take one table in the morning for a couple of days and I feel much more relaxed. My husband and son are grateful for it!!
