Comment: My wife had acne scars ever since I met her seven years ago. They were the "potting" scars that looked like little holes. I've always wanted her skin to look good, because it had always looked scarred and made her look older than she was. So I reviewed different methods of acne scar treatment to try to help her out. The laser was too expensive, it hurts, and it's not 100% safe or effective so I ruled that out. I read reviews about Mederma so I decided to give it a try. So far it's been only 3 weeks of her using Mederma 6 times a day and her face looks awesome now! It seriously looks like someone took an ereaser and ereased all of her scars! I'm so happy with the way her face looks now, she looks a lot younger too, with new, fresh skin! Needless to say, I'm very, very excited and much more attracted to her soft, smooth face!!! ( ; "Thank God for Mederma!!!" I would highly recommend this stuff to anyone over any other acne scar treatment! It's inexpensive, safe, and most importantly, it really works!!!

Comment: I had surgery a few weeks ago and my Dr. recommended using this product to reduce my scars. I could not believe what a great price I found it for on Amazon! I would recommend buying the 3 pack, especially if you have to use for three months as I do! It is so much cheaper!!

Comment: I'm pregnant now and one morning my husband says, "you should really make sure you put that cocoa butter all the way on the sides."

I'm like "what?!?" and yes, sure enough, there were stretch marks radiatiing from my ribcage toward my belly, all the way around my front. It sort of looked like I got clawed by a tiger with about 40 toes, and each vertical mark was maybe 4 inches long. I went to the drugstore that same day and bought a tube of Mederma, and applied it fatihfully several times a day to these new stretch marks for at least a week (now I remember only 2-3X/day). Now, about 2 weeks later, there is literally nothing there.

I'm choosing to buy this Mederma since it seems like the best price per ounce (and free shipping), and if I notice new marks, I want to be well-armed to treat them as soon as possible. Mederma does say their product works best on new marks, and I can certainly vouch for its effectiveness in my case. I've also been continuing to use cocoa butter cream (palmers, $4 from drugstore) mixed with pure vitamin E oil from the healthfood store ($5 for a small vial). After a friend's doctor warned her not to use Vitamin E oil after varicose vein surgery, as the scars would heal too rapidly, I've been a believer in its powers.
