Oster Milkshake Blade

Summary: No better than the original blade
Comment: This doesn't work as you would expect. The instructions even state to push the stuff down into the blade to make it work. Thats what I have to do with the regular blade anyway, so where's the win on this?

Comment: This blade works like advertised and makes a nice milkshake. It also fits our older blender with no problems at all.

Comment: I cancelled the item and the company acknowledged via email, but sent it anyway, 3 days later. Several days later I received the box and returned, unopened. The company only credited me back for the item, not the delivery.

Summary: milkshade blade
Comment: The milkshade blade is great for making milk shakes in the Oster blender. Every night my youngest gets out the ingredients for his chocholate shake. It whips the icream and milk so much better than the regular blade. Got exactly what I wanted.

Comment: This item works very well. It leaves less froth/foamy surface when you make the drink.

I have been using this to make my protein shakes, which include whey protein powder, milk, and ice cream. Every now and then I will add some fruit or syrup (caramel or chocolate). It blends everything together very well.

I would only say that it is not SUPERB or AMAZING as to the job it can do when making the shakes. It still leaves a little frothy/foam on the top...but not as much as a regular blade.

PROS: Cheap, gets the job done, looks fancy
CONS: Not extremely necessary to make milk shakes.

SUMMARY: Only purchase if you have the spare cash to spend on it. I would not label this item as a pure necessity for milk shakes. But it does do a nice job.
