Customer Rating: Summary: The little things that make life worth living . . . Comment: Sometimes it's the little additions that make a meal memorable or more pleasurable. This is wonderful finishing salt. It is sweeter than regular salt and is full of natural magnesium, calcium, iron and potassium that are often missing from table salt. It is different in texture and taste from ordinary salt, and if you are on a salt restricted diet, this small addition as a treat is well-worth not having salt on your food all the time. This is an elegant addition to any gourmet spice rack!
