Summary: A punch of sea water!!!
Comment: Nasaline is the best approximation you get at having an ocean wave hit you on the nose...and clean all the insides. It is easy to use, the uneaseness of having water go up your nostril and down the other soon gets accomodated and the final relief it provides is awesome. I was almost thinking of going to bath in the ocean in the Winter when rhinitis usually sets home in my nasal cavities. But now, this spares me the freezing cold of the sea water. Tip: you do not need to order the small packs of salt to dilute in water. Get Sodium Chloride Pro Analysis from a local dealer (ensure its over 99.99% pure) and do your own solutions by diluting 10 grams in 1 liter of drinking water. The saving is enormous.

Summary: A good product, but not for severe sinus sufferers
Comment: I suffered from killer sinus headaches until a doctor advised me to do nasal irrigation using a WaterPik with a separate sinus attachment purchased from another company. This, plus a prescription nasal spray, eliminated the headaches. Since I usually vacation locally, it was no problem to take the WaterPik along in the car--but this summer, I was going to Europe for a two-week vacation, and bringing the WaterPik was out of the question. So I read the reviews, and bought the Nasaline irrigator and a supply of the Nasaline salt packets. It was much easier to use than the WaterPik, and the pre-measured salt packets were great for traveling, so I thought I could ditch the WaterPik--but, after a month, the headaches returned, and I had to go back to the WaterPik. The Nasaline irrigator uses a smaller volume of saline solution than the WaterPik, and is less forceful, so that may be the reason it isn't as successful.

    Summary: Be Carefull
Comment: Ordered this product from Amazon but received only the nasal irrigator not the kit that is shown in the photo. It took almost two weeks to receive this product and then Amazon would not correct the problem but told me to contact the seller which is impossible. Mean while the price of the nasal irrigtor kit that I ordered was lowered for some reason. Amazon will not stand behind this product and the seller will not respond.

    Summary: Just the greatest......
Comment: My experience with the nasaline irrigator has been so complete that I consider even the 4 star ratings as being too low and must have been from buyers that really have very little experience with other products to be able to make a fair comparison.

After using this irrigator for about a month I decided to purchase one of the Hydro Pulse irrigators for about $100 and while it didn't do a bad job it was far more time consuming, messy and labor intensive to operate. Also the results didn't provide me with the complete satisfaction that I get with the nasaline irrigator and the results didn't seem to be any more complete. As far as for the advertised pulsating effect of the Hydro Pulse I haven't noticed any benefits except for enjoying using my inexpensive little irrigator even more.

This little device usually takes no more than about 4 minutes to complete irrigation from start to finish (including startup and clean up).

For those of you that have never used irrigation you can be assured that it is one of the simplest things to do. The first time you will proably take about an hour to complete the operation because of the newness of the procedure. After the first use the time goes way down to where you will probably find that the total time is about five minutes total.

    Good luck to you.

    Summary: Simpler and Equally effective!
Comment: As a previous user of more sophisticated and expensive nasal irrigators I was gladly surprised when I found the existence of the Nasaline Nasal Irrigator. So much more simpler and equally effective is how I would describe this great product. In the simplicity lies the magic and for the price one just can't beat it. I was recently introduced by Mother Nature to the nightmare of sinus episodes. One in particular made me alert at the options to combat this hard to breathe condition. Bought a brand new almost $100.00 product but my economical side (or should I just come out and say "cheap side"?) kept nagging at my decision. Which brought me back with renewed motivation to find something a little less taxiing. Lo and Behold, I found it in Nasaline. The same action at just about 80% less and, of course, the kind reviews of fellow reviewers completed the deal for me. Highly appreciated, enjoying it as we speak, and the coming holidays look a lot less congested thanks to this Nasal Irrigator. When price and function combine so well all I can say is: I love this country and I love what the Nasaline Nasal Irrigator is achieving in soothing this whole nose mess I am in. More like 4.5 stars, If I may!
