Summary: A good product, but not for severe sinus sufferers
Comment: I suffered from killer sinus headaches until a doctor advised me to do nasal irrigation using a WaterPik with a separate sinus attachment purchased from another company. This, plus a prescription nasal spray, eliminated the headaches. Since I usually vacation locally, it was no problem to take the WaterPik along in the car--but this summer, I was going to Europe for a two-week vacation, and bringing the WaterPik was out of the question. So I read the reviews, and bought the Nasaline irrigator and a supply of the Nasaline salt packets. It was much easier to use than the WaterPik, and the pre-measured salt packets were great for traveling, so I thought I could ditch the WaterPik--but, after a month, the headaches returned, and I had to go back to the WaterPik. The Nasaline irrigator uses a smaller volume of saline solution than the WaterPik, and is less forceful, so that may be the reason it isn't as successful.

Summary: Just the greatest......
Comment: My experience with the nasaline irrigator has been so complete that I consider even the 4 star ratings as being too low and must have been from buyers that really have very little experience with other products to be able to make a fair comparison.
After using this irrigator for about a month I decided to purchase one of the Hydro Pulse irrigators for about $100 and while it didn't do a bad job it was far more time consuming, messy and labor intensive to operate. Also the results didn't provide me with the complete satisfaction that I get with the nasaline irrigator and the results didn't seem to be any more complete. As far as for the advertised pulsating effect of the Hydro Pulse I haven't noticed any benefits except for enjoying using my inexpensive little irrigator even more.
This little device usually takes no more than about 4 minutes to complete irrigation from start to finish (including startup and clean up).
For those of you that have never used irrigation you can be assured that it is one of the simplest things to do. The first time you will proably take about an hour to complete the operation because of the newness of the procedure. After the first use the time goes way down to where you will probably find that the total time is about five minutes total.
Good luck to you.
