Summary: You get what you pay for...
Comment: 12" is too small. I have an 18" with rivets that sounds great, but the 12" sounds kinda cheap and crappy. I'll find a use for it somehow...

Summary: Great "Bang" for the buck
Comment: I have been drumming for 40+ years and have hand selected 7 Zildjians that have been serving me faithfully. I am very particular with the sound of my cymbals and would typically reject 20 before finding one with just the right sound. That said, I was on line browsing one night and happened to catch some reviews of Wuhan products. I was fascinated by the high praise and low price. After spending a couple thousand dollars on my Zildjians, I figured, at this price, if I don't like them I can give them away and not feel bad about it. Well I wound up buying the 8" and 10" splashes as well as a 12" China, and while I wouldn't replace my Zildjians with these, they are a great way to augment the tonal possibilities in any drummer's kit. So far they have held up well, look great, and have a unique pleasant sound. While all three cymbals have an oriental tonal flavor to them, they make a nice contrasting sound to my other cymbals, and have a nice bite for an effect cymbal, especially at the price. If I was to make a recommendation to a young drummer working on a budget, I would suggest that you save your money and get a good quality ride, crash, and set of Hi Hats. If you buy quality and pick them well, they will serve you a lifetime. Once you have your basics however, save yourself some bucks and buy Wuhan! In terms of bang for the buck, these are one of the best investments I have ever made.

Summary: Great Sound, when that's the sound you need!
Comment: I do a lot of musical-theater drumming, and for the recent show "Saucy Jack and the Space Vixens," I needed that perfect trash-can-lid glitter-boot-kicking disco-glam-rock sound. This was it! I won't use it for my next show, "Oliver," but may bring it back out for "Little Shop of Horrors" in the fall.

Summary: 12" too small wuhan is great
Comment: Wuhan has some great cymbals, even compared to my Zildj's!!
But the 12" is too small. I paid 10$ for it and believe me... I got what I paid for- normally with Wuhan you get an amazing value. NOT THIS TIME - AVOID THE 12" Wuhan China.. Buy the 16" atleast. Any one who says Wuhan sucks is crazy- but if they say this cymbal does suck - believe them

    Summary: Not bad...!
Comment: I was in a local music store the other day and noticed a huge stack of these cymbals, with a few examples mounted on stands to try. While they're not as rich as Zildjians or Paistes or other more expensive cymbals, they do have that trashy sound that you look for in a China. And at the asking price, who can resist?
