Summary: Thermacane is HIGHLY recommended!!
Comment: This theracane was shown to me by my physical therapist while I was undergoing outpatient rehab therapy. It is wonderful in so many ways! It enables you to self-massage areas that are normaly out of reach. You know that little kink in your neck or that small spot just out of reach of your fingers on your shoulder area -- well now this piece of equipment is fantastic for anyone recovery from surgery or for anyone who just needs a little help reaching just that right spot. Excersise shown with it has 100 different aspects for the entire body. There is a round ball on the bottom of the can for just the right amount of pressure applied. Feet, Knees, Legs, arms, back -- you can do it all. The material it is made from makes it durable yet so lightweight for anyone to use. There are handles that are used so it doesn't slip from your grip but those handles serve a dual purpose and later can be used as a guide or a gentle tool for massage. I'd buy these for gifts for friends & family and I would know every person would find a use for this wonderful accessory - whether they need pain relief or help with massaging an area or even help getting dressed - yes I used it to help me put on undergarments when my shoulder was not able to rotate! I can't stress enough how wonderful this item has been in my daily life!

Comment: This product is great! So many ways to use the Theracane for your aches and pains. Used by my physical therapist who recommended it to me after he saw me using my cane as a massager.

Has the ability to administer pinpoint massage to places you would not be able to reach by yourself. You administer the amount of pressure to help loosen tight and stiff muscles. Works so great, my brother-and-law and sister-and-law ordered one after trying it.

I highly recommend the theracane to anyone who has sore and stiff muscles and don't have 24 hour access to massage or physical therapists.

Summary: Excellent self-healing tool
Comment: This is an awesome tool for self-massage and releasing tension points. Has helped me a lot. HIGHLY recommend getting the Trigger Point Therapy book as well. Very enlightening and helps to understand why you have certain pains. I've learned a lot about muscles, and the TheraCane helps to free up those tense muscles and promote better function.

Summary: Love this thing
Comment: I'm a young, healthy person with back pain from sitting in front of the computer too long or slumping in my lecture hall seat. I LOVE using the TheraCane - I can massage anywhere on my back and concentrate on hot spots for as long as I need to. Since I have complete control over location, timing, pressure, etc, I find this cane more effective than the power chair massager I own, and more effective and convenient than relying on another person. Sure, it looks a little silly, and my friend found it amusing when I first bought it ("TheraCane" doesn't sound too hip), but I wouldn't give it up for anything!

Summary: Multitasker!
Comment: This was a GREAT purchase. I use it all the time to work out the kinks in the neck and those hard to reach places on my back. It would be nicer to be married to someone who would do that for me but that is asking too much. It also comes in handy when you need to chase rif raf and nogoodniks out from around your home.
