    Summary: Good balls, great price!
Comment: I've played several rounds with these balls and they are the real deal. They hit plenty long, work fine around the greens, and are at least as durable as balls costing a couple of bucks each. I'm going to play these balls during the fall and winter when it's so easy to lose balls in the leaves.

I hit the best drive of my life with this ball a couple of days ago, so if you can't drive with this ball it's probably not the ball. lol

    Summary: Golf Balls
Comment: I've used most brands of golf balls and the Intech are as good as any. The service was also very good. I highly recommend both Intech golf balls and Amazon.com.

Summary: Great balls! Ultra unscientific ball comparison below...
Comment: Bought these balls a couple of weeks ago and was very pleased with their performance on the course. I also did a very unscientific test in the garage. I dropped the ball multiple times from an identical height next to a Top Flite, Titleist HPS, a Noodle, a Titleist Pro V1x and one or two others. I compared the sound and the bounce height.

Not surprisingly the Top Flite had a relatively bright, sharp, high sound and a consistently smaller bounce. Of the group, the ball that the Intech was most similar to was the Titleist Pro V1x. The height was identical and the sound was indistinguishable with my back turned. As I said, hardly scientific but from what I've noticed the sound seems to be a decent indicator of how the ball feels when you hit it. And while the bounce test doesn't take dimpling into effect, I imagine is at least a partially determining factor as to the distance the ball will go.

So there you have it. Intech Beta Ti EXD = Titleist Pro V1x... according to my garage floor anyway.

    Summary: Get yourself some balls!
Comment: I started golfing last year, and while I haven't learned how to do it very well, I really enjoy playing. I lose my share of balls, and so it's very nice to not watch $1.50 land in a lake or out in the trees every time I swing poorly. Losing $.45 is a lot less traumatic, especially on those days when nothing goes your way and you lose a half dozen balls or so.

INTECH seems to make quality, inexpensive golf products. I personally can't tell the difference between these and more expensive balls, but I am a novice to the game. These are great for those newer to the game, or as practice balls for chipping around in your backyard.
