Customer Review(s)
Customer Rating: Summary: YES, this is the BEST comb! Comment: My children had lice and I eliminated them with this comb, hair conditioner and oils. Other parents tried other methods, but I have found that it is all in the comb and being compulsive about getting out every last nit.
To make it easier to get the comb through the hair, you must deal with untangled hair first. Brush out the hair if need be. Then apply generous amounts of hair conditioner, leave it in about 20 minutes to slow down the lice. Then, comb out the hair until it is very smooth. Some lice might come out at this point, so do this in the bathroom near the sink or tub. Then, use the comb to get all the tiny nymphs and eggs. You will have to be methodical, combing every tiny inch of your child's head and you will need to have hot water nearby to rinse the comb as you go. Do this 2 to 3 times a day for 2 to 3 days and you should be rid of the lice on your kid's head. (Of course, there's the other stuff that has to be done around the house to get rid of the lice as well...
