Customer Rating: Summary: It Really Works! Comment: I have tried numerous other over the counter pills and MANY diets! Atkins, Weight Watchers, etc This is the first thing that has worked for me. It is not magic. I still need to watch what I eat and perform at least SOME exercises - however, I take one pill a day and my appetite is greatly curbed. No more binging and I can push away from the table easily. I have lost the 20 pounds where I was plateaued. I have 10 more to lose and I will be a VERY happy person! It doesn't happen overnight - it didn't go on overnight!
