Customer Rating: Summary: Thank you St. Joseph Comment: Our home was listed in the market July 2007. We only had visitors stop by to see the place. In April 2008, after eight months, we heard about St. Joseph's through a friend. We immediately purchased it and burried it after a prayer in our back yard. To our amazement, we were offered a contract three weeks later and now our settlement is complete too. People say this is the worst real estate market in 40 years or so. But for one with faith, there is always someone out there who needs a home. Thank you St. Joseph's.
P.S. We did all the right things that was advised on us to sell the home. New carpet, new paint inside out, removed half the clutter to storage, finished basement, new deck, staged the break fast area and deck, constantly adjusted our listed price to sell. But I think, there is something more than all smartness. One has to sincerely request a higher power for help. IT SHALL BE GIVEN.
