Customer Rating: Summary: Bad Business Comment: The Perfect Pushup product is pretty good, but the company's business practices are weaselly. Let's see, you have to buy the product for fifty bucks, then spend 10 bucks on the workout cards (No, they're not included) and then spend another 15 bucks for the DVD. This should all be in one package.

Customer Rating: Summary: New Styles to Make Pushup More Fun Comment: I purchased the perfect pushup set from Kmart, the package includes a coupon for the Power 10 Workout DVD free, so that I paid $5 shipping to get it. This DVD provides good instructions of different styles and routines for working with the pushup set. That makes the exercise more interesting and fun. The DVD is short and brief. I expect it covers each routine in more detail. I have to watch it several times and take notes in order to get most of the styles correctly.
