Comment: I bought the sampler based on the reviews and am very happy. It isn't a 24-hour stain, but with a little care, it lasts longer than anything else I have tried. Though stains look dark in bottle, they go on very sheer and can be layered to look deeper. What I do is put 2 layers of liptini stain underneath whatever lipstick shade I want (with drying time in between) and my color lasts all night long through drinks and lots of dancing. I love it!

Summary: Non-cosmetics wearer loves liptini!
Comment: I do not wear makeup. The closest I come to it are the Burt's Bees lip shimmers I've worn for years now. But it is summertime, and BB melts in my purse, so I thought I'd try something new. I was looking for something that would still have that natural, sheer look, but would last longer on. I found it. I LOVE THESE LIPTINI STAINS. Once I mastered the application - apply one even coat and then let it dry, it "ripens" as it dries so check the color before that second coat!! - I could not be happier. It does, as one reviewer noted, stand up well under my lip balm. It does not excessively dry my lips (especially not with balm on top). I bought the mini-bar to find the right shade. More expensive but worth it!! Have three colors I really like and still have to try the others. Amaretto is great for my skin tone in the summer - a lot like my BB "coffee" shimmer. And the best part - I don't have to put it in my purse at all because it lasts most of the day!

Comment: Usually stains look bright pink on me, but this one keeps a lovely light burgundy color...not loud at all and extremely flattering on all types of coloring. Very 'you but better'. I took it to a wedding I was in, and all the bridesmaids couldn't stop borrowing it! It's super easy to apply, and lasts forever.... In short, everything a great stain should be! I haven't tried it yet on my cheeks, but it's more than worth it just as a lip color.

I'll definitely be buying more.

Comment: I am absolutely delighted with these lipstains! I bought them in Cherry-Berry, Cassis, and Maraschino, and love them all. The Cherry-Berry is a lovely natural-neutralized red that deepens your lip color without looking like you meant to apply makeup. The Cassis is a lovely plum, and the Maraschino is a lively light red. I also bought one of the their pearlized lipstains in Framboise, and this is my favorite, a cool pink that's perfect for my fair coloring. The Framboise is definitely one of the best lip products that I have tried in umpteen years as a makeup addict. These all last a good four-five hours for me, and are compatible with all the glosses I have tried over them. The fade evenly and do not leave a "ring" of color around the edges of your lips. I can't wait to try more shades! Very highly recommended!
