Customer Rating: Summary: This is not easy to use Comment: We own this software and have found it incredibly difficult to use. The interfaces are not intuitive, and the modules do not link together.
Furthermore, the software does not recognize common video formats that have been copied to your hard drive.
Do not buy this software unless you enjoy frustration and wasting your time. Customer Rating: Summary: Fraud, Scam Artists Comment: My opinion of this product is, it is good CD burning software but has terrible product support. It used to be good for creating DVD video but one of their software updates seems to have destroyed that ability. Now, instead of releasing another update to fix what they broke, it seems they expect people to just buy the newest version, and pay another $70 or so to get back what was already paid for. It also seems that, instead of fixing the problem, they just removed the bit about being able to author a DVD from all of the promotional material. I am giving this product the lowest possible rating just because, in my opinion, it doesn't do what it was advertised to do. If you are looking for video editing software, I recommend Pinnacle Studio instead of this product.
