Comment: This Neti pot is great! I had never used one before I purchased this one and I'm very happy that I gave it a try. Sure, it was a little odd at first, but my sinuses felt clearer after the first time that I tried it! I've been using it before bed every night and I don't feel as stuffy when i wake up in the morning. It has also helped to prevent the nosebleeds that I get every year when the heat dries out the air. I've been using it almost a week now and I've had a huge improvement. I can't wait to see how much better it gets as I use it longer!

This is a great starter set since it has everything that I need all together in one box. It has detailed instructions that are easy to follow. Also, there are a bunch of videos on YouTube that show people using their Neti pots and they really helped me to do it correctly the first time. I'm so glad that I gave this a try!

Comment: WOW it really works! I have had sinus problems forever as well as using steroidal nasal sprays. Now no nasal sprays. breathing easier and better...not a cure all but helpful improvement.

Comment: I purchased the Neti Pot after reading about it in a Yoga instructional Book. I have only been using this for a couple of weeks but it has started to help. I have chronic nasal/sinus issues and the neti post has helped to clear up dryness and sinus issues.

Comment: I have terrible allergies and sinuses. I have received allergy shots for 5 years and have been on allergy meds since I was child (I'm 34 now). I learned about this product from watching Dr. Oz on Oprah. I absolutely LOVE this product. Within a week of using it I noticed a difference. It did take a couple times to get used to the feeling of the water going through your sinuses but it didn't hurt. My advice would be to use half a pot for each nostril to start until you get used to it. I add a little less salt too to refrain from it burning. I strongly suggest this product if you are an allergy/sinus sufferer. I have made it through hayfever season w/o going on any antibiotics (thus far).

Summary: Does What It's Supposed To, Not Very Comfortable
Comment: Well, the Neti Pot does what is it supposed to, i.e., clears out your nasal passages. However, the process can be uncomfortable and even burns. Many Neti Pot users get used to this, or add more salt to the solution. However, I have found no way of adapting to it, but will continue to use it when needed, well, because it does work!
