Summary: Very poor picture and sound
Comment: I was wanting to "update" where I had an old 13", and was able to just switch them out. The old one was the clear winner on both counts (by a long way). The dish tuner was not HD, however, so I managed to hook it up to my only HD receiver, and took the time to try and adjust everything, i.e., brightness, contrast, color, etc., trying to make it acceptable. I just couldn't get there. Thank goodness Amazon accepted it back with full credit. I guess that's the main problem with not being able to see it without going to a store. I can't imagine that the one I had was different from the norm of that model.

Comment: My kids were very happy to see this under the Christmas tree. Amazon had the lowest price for what I was looking for in this size TV.

Comment: The picture on the set is wonderful, the sound could be stronger. Overall good TV for a bedroom. However, the remote control has stopped working twice and I had to get new ones. I called the company and they were polite but basically useless. They didn't have any in stock, couldn't tell me when they would be in stock and wouldn't take an order and just ship when they did come into stock. I had to keep calling until I caught them in stock. They claimed no one ever has a problem with the remotes, just me but they don't have any in stock. Terrible customer service.

Summary: dissapointing
Comment: I some how missed the fact that this tv has NO HDMI connection. That may not be a big deal now, but it will be in months to come. The only other real complaint is that there is no way to bypass the digital sub channels when scrolling up or down. If your station is broadcasting the main ch. and 2 or 3 sub channels this set stops at each one. You can delete the whole group, but not just the subs...I have never seen a TV with this limitation. This problem could have been worked around with a favorites list, but thats not there either. The price and picture are good, but this tv is not in step with modern HD technology.

Comment: I bought the TV just for the bedroom and ended up using it as a PC monitor as well as a television set. The built in tuner works great and allows me to get some HD channels that I couldn't get with my set top tuner. Very happy with it. The only downside would be the size. I didn't realize how small a 19 inch TV is because I'm use to my bigger TV in the living room.
