Customer Rating: Summary: Lasted 1 week Comment: It worked great for a week, but then displayed an error code (ER3) and stopped working. I called customer service, and they immediately said I should return it. They didn't even try to have me get it repaired.
They said the hygrometer wasn't working. It seems it had never worked correctly, but the unit managed to keep humidifing for a week.
I exchanged for another humidifier, but a different brand altogether. Customer Rating: Summary: It lasts less than one month Comment: Don't buy this junk.
I bought it because cheaper one died in a few month, so I really need reliable one. Eventually this machine does not much my reqirement.
I don't want spoil the envirment anymore.
