Summary: Excellent product
Comment: I have tested this software in several tasks and I'm very pleased with it.
The software installed well, run without problems and I have not had any problem with the operative system. My OS is
Windows XP service pack 2.
The software make very good work with any kind of PDF and in my experience the format is almost the same that the original. To convert to PDF there are several opitions of security and even you can configure one personal.
The interface is easy to manage and intuitive. Maybe the process to register is not easy and this is something to improve in the future.
I have not used the support yet because I have not had problems with the product.
September 6:
In these days I have known the product pdf printer that make a good job and is very intuiteve, so I believe that nuance should think about improve its interface and that it could be very pleasant for the user to have a tree structure similar to the explorer to achieve the pdf conversion's process instead of use the interface of the pfd create and this could make the software a very good one.

Summary: PDF Professioinal Converter 5
Comment: This product would not work properly in a fully updated
Windows XP Professional system and fully updated Internet Explorer 6.X.
It would open *.PDF files that had been saved to my hard drive but would not open *.PDF files that were accessed through links from Outlook Express. It would open some internet resident files that were accessed directly from Internet Explorer.
Both Adobe Reader 8.X and 9.X had no problem opening the same *.PDF files.
Great perseverance was required to return this product to its manufacturer, Nuance, without paying return postage.
