Comment: I guess this set is a good value, IF you like these games.
I did not. They are rehashed, dressed up versions of 1980's video games.
The movement, views, every part of the game is on par with my old coleco game from 1982. The right analog stick doesn't even do anything.
If you are looking for a game that utilizes the still impressive power of the PS2 platform, don't look at Metal Gear Solid.
My copy is for sale, half price.

Summary: Great collection!
Comment: This is a collection of 3 really great games in the Metal Gear saga. The only negative things I have to say about this game is that MGS1 is still on 2 PS1 discs, and MGS3 doesn't come with the 2nd bonus disc (which originally contained Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake), as it does in the Subsistence stand-alone game.

All 3 games are great stealth action fun, and are recommended to any PS2 owner.

This great package contains Metal Gear Solid, Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3.

If you haven't played ANYTHING metal gear solid-related then this is your chance to do so, and prepare for the gigantic title that is Metal Gear Solid 4.

This is perfect for anyone missing a few titles from the series as it's currently very low priced (I got it from a seller here at about [...]). And getting all 3 titles for that is, well, a steal.

Yes, it does not come with ALL the nifty bonus discs that compromise either MGS 2 or 3 but really, if you just want to have the core MGS experience in all its glory, then get this package.

Note: MGS 1 comes in original Playstation 1 discs, fyi.

I don't think konami is stealing our money as some have said, they're LOSING money selling this package. Just search for MGS 1 on ebay, easily it'll net [...] bucks BY IT SELF. Here you get all 3 for [...] bucks (give or take). So stop crying, pop in Snake Eater, and enjoy this incredible saga.
