She was thrilled with the looks and color (black) as well as the performance of the phone system. Her children can now talk to their friends in the privacy of their own bedrooms without having to install more phone jacks!

Was looking for backlit numbers, backlit LED screen, easy to use, good sound quality, "night" function for my bedroom handset, and having the ringer on each handset set at different volumes in different parts of the house. Got all these, and a very easy-to-use answering system.
