Summary: Bad business tactic
Comment: I bought this product last year and registered online. I guess there was a default auto-renewal button somewhere because when I click this year to get more info on my renewal, it automatically charged to my credit card without telling me what the price was. I found out what it cost from Norton a few days later when they sent me an email thanking me for the renewal. Not only did I not know what the price was, I wasn't even given a choice to renew or not. Try to find a human being to talk to got me nowhere. I finally got their number from my credit card company to contact them at 1-877-294-5265 (Norton Annual Renewal). You need to call this number to schedule an appointment for someone to call you back. This is NOT the way to do business! All the info should be made available to customers so that THEY can decide whether they want to renew or not! This is not only a matter of courtesy, but a smart business move. As a matter of fact, I did not want to renew because the product slows down my PC. But I was curious about the renewal price, thinking that if it's cheaper than buying a new package, I might as well renew until I find a better product. (The renewal price is not any cheaper.) This whole thing has been very aggravating!

Summary: Do not buy or uninstall as quickly as possible
Comment: My wife inadvertently upgraded to Norton 360. Immediately things did not work. Firefox issues with loss of bookmarks, loss of tab bar, installation of Norton's phishing toolbar which is nearly impossible to get rid of.

How this company can release a product like this is astounding to me. It is a memory hog and is simply a marketing machine rather than a security product.

For those of you who rate this a five, I expect you are either a Norton employee or stock holder.

Comment: SLOWS PERFOMANCE DOWN. Now I do have Quad ,5gig ram ,650 hard drive. Very new and very clean but I dont like what it did to perfomance.

Comment: I was real happy with the delivery time and condition of my order. We installed it immediately on two of our computers and it removed a lot of bad links as well as cleaned up our computers so that they ran a lot faster. I was also very happy with the price along with the fact that we found a rebate that made it almost free. Thank you Amazon for providing us with such a wonderful site.

Comment: Norton 360 (3) user program is working better than the Norton Internet Security and it does not interfer with what I am working on. It was also $5 less at Amazon than at Costco. I watch prices closly and I feel that I really got my money's worth with this product.
