Better 'n Peanut Butter® is an All Natural, delicious peanut butter spread with 85% less fat and 40% less calories than regular peanut butter. Ingredients: Peanuts (as de-fatted peanut flour and natural peanut butter), tapioca syrup, pure water, dehydrated cane juice, rice syrup, vegetable glycerin, soy flour, salt, tapioca starch, natural flavors, paprika & annatto, calcium carbonate, lecithin, vitamins e & c (antioxidants). Customer Rating: Summary: Good taste, good texture/consistency, and it's low fat! Perfect for Weight Watchers members. Comment: I was very skeptical about this product, but I must admit, it really tastes good, and it has a good texture and consistency as well. I highly recommend it to anyone who is doing Weight Watchers, as it is only one WW point per tablespoon. If you add a little jam, it's even better. I first heard about it on Hungry-Girl.com, which raved about it, and they were right. On the East Coast, I was able to find it at Shaw's Supermarkets in the Healthy Food section, as well as Whole Foods.
